HOLIDAY PARK PARK AND RECREATION DISTRICT is a community intended and operated as "housing for older persons" located in North Port, FL. The community consists of two phases with 865 home sites. Phase I was originally built in 1971 and Phase II was built 1 1/2 years later. The community is governed by a 9 member Board of Trustees.
Phase I
Phase I consists of 325 mobile home sites. It has a clubhouse with a heated, olympic-size pool and many other amenities.
Phase II
Phase II consists of 540 mobile home sites. It has a club house with a heated pool and several other amenities.
